Synapse Panel Management Launch

In what is being seen by many as a reflection of the anticipated market changes in residential property, a new business has been launched from within the industry to link lenders and agents with panels of conveyancers.

Synapse panel management is billed as “panel management without a panel manager”. The business is jointly owned by leading case management software supplier, Visualfiles and a number of leading conveyancing firms.

Commenting on the launch, Richard Hinton (Business Development Director, Synapse), formerly with Shoosmiths’ Property Direct operation comments, “The interface between introducers of business and their panels is currently too cumbersome and too expensive. All players can expect to win with a model that for the first time uses proper case management integration and only charges for the value it delivers. This is the solution that delivers more, whilst effectively cutting out the traditional middle man”.

The business is already active in both the remortgage and home mover markets. The initial reaction to the launch has been very positive.
