After the M62 turn off - the M1 becomes the M621.
Come off M621 at Junction 3 (City Centre, Holbeck) following signs for Leeds City Centre.
Go past the Hilton Hotel on your left and go under a large railway bridge to traffic lights with the train station on your left.
Follow the signs for All Loop Traffic. This will take you past the Hospital and towards the University. Once at the Hospital follow signs for A660 Skipton, Headingley. About 1 mile beyond the park you will come to a pelican crossing with a pub on either side of the road (Original Oak on the right and the Skyrack on left).
Carry on straight through Headingley, through the next set of lights. You will then pass KFC and Safeways on your right.
Immediately after the parade of shops on the right hand side there is a road on the right called Alma Road (just before the next set of lights). Go up this road for about 50 yards and turn right onto the ramp which takes you up to Arndale car park.
Follow the ramp to the roof where you will see a tall white building, this is Arndale House. Synapse reception is on the 6th Floor.
From Train Station / Queens Hotel
From the Hotel, follow the City Centre Loop (you will see these loop signs opposite the Hotel). At the first junction, turn right. You will see The Grillade Restaurant on your right).
Eventually upon following the loop, you will come to a set of traffic lights, with the Town Hall on your left. Go straight on and then follow the signs for the A660 and Skipton. This will take you past the Hospital and towards the University.
Go past the University and the park. About 1 mile beyond the park you will come to a Pelican Crossing with a Pub on either side of the road (the Original Oak on the right and the Skyrack on the left).

Head towards Leeds on the A65. Go straight ahead at the roundabout on the ring road, still on the A65.
Go through Horsforth and past Kirkstall Abbey on the right to the next set of lights. Turn left at lights next to Kirkstall sports centre into Kirkstall Lane.
Keep going straight on and at the 4th set of lights turn left (KFC should be ahead of you).
